We offer FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING for all orders shipped with standard USPS first class.
KnuckleHeadShirts.com offers FREE shipping via USPS first class mail at no charge to our customers, regardless of size or weight. Customers may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail which will be charged $5.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item(s).
At this time, KnuckleHeadShirts.com ONLY ships to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
ARRIVAL TIMES: Shipment time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) is indicated in each product description on our web site. All items are usually shipped out of our warehouse in Southern California within 5 business days upon receipt of order, unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail will arrive anywhere from 3-8 business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse(s) and depending on SHIP TO location within the continental United States.
Estimated time of arrival for orders placed with USPS Priority Mail are anywhere from 2-4 business days after the order has shipped from our warehouse(s) and depending on SHIP TO location within the continental Unites States, or unless specified otherwise. Please note: our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for late Friday, weekend and holiday orders.
The SHIP TO address MUST be a valid deliverable address for the United States Postal Service (must be able to receive first class mail). Please provide as complete information as possible to ensure delivery accuracy.ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO FURTHER VERIFICATION. Please be advised, if your order requires additional information for processing verification, you may receive one or more of the following: (i) an e-mail requesting additional information; (ii) a phone call from a KnuckleHeadShirts.com representative; (iii) or a call from your bank to verify your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
We want our customers to enjoy our unique product line without any regrets.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from KnuckleHead Shirts we will provide a full refund or exchange on all non-sale items returned within 15 days of when the items were received; provided the items have all their original tags attached, are unworn, and have never been washed. Items returned after 15 days but within 30 days will qualify for store credit or exchange. Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only in the amount of the sale price.
***All orders that are over $75.00 that are being returned for refund will be charged a 10% restocking fee.***
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is determined to be worn or damaged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
On exchanges made for an item of lesser value, the customer shall receive store credit in the amount of the remaining balance. For exchanges made for items of greater value, the customer will be accessed a fee in the amount of the overage. KnuckleHead Shirts will pay for the fees associated with the shipment of the newly exchanged item(s) for the initial exchange. Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer for all subsequent exchanges.
